Call Center Executive – Telemarketing



Job Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction;
  • Receive and respond to incoming emails, phone and live chat queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Update all kinds of customer affairs, product quality and handle customer complaint;
  • Communicate all project over the phone Periodical
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way;
  • Make prospect clients database.
  • Maintain both verbal & written Communication with Customer.
  • Working closely with sales department with customer complaint and customer satisfaction for better interest of the company.
  • Generate Reports of activity in daily/weekly/monthly formats for submission as directed
  • Any other responsibilities/tasks as set by Company Management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • O Level/ A Level/ Good Score In IELTS will be preferred
  • Skills Required: Telecommunication Service
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Training, Online (web/ e-mail) Support, Guest Relations/ Services
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Call Center, Real Estate

  • Tech-friendly and good typing speed/accuracy.
  • Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
